HOW TO USE SPIROMONT-F SYRUP
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Spiromont-F kid Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
HOW SPIROMONT-F SYRUP WORKS
Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Spiromont-F kid Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
Spiromont-F kid Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Spiromont-F kid Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Spiromont-F kid Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Spiromont-F kid Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Spiromont-F kid Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Spiromont-F kid Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Spiromont-F kid Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
